Controlled Atmosphere Systems
The IoT enabled CA Systems from Impensus helps in maintaining the optimum atmosphere inside the cold room for the fruits and vegetables to stay fresh for a longer period of time. The cold rooms achieve 99% nitrogen concentration. The CO2 scrubber unit has a minimum capacity of scrubbing 250 Kg per day.
With IoT, the complete cold storage plant can be monitored and controlled remotely through the mobile application. The high level alarms and annunciators helps in indicating even the slightest discrepancy in the process parameter and enable quick shut down through the app in case of emergency.
Palletized Storage Systems
Palletized storage solutions from Impensus makes multi-commodity storage in a single cold room a possibility for a long period of time. Precision sensors and gas control systems provide the accurate atmosphere needs for each pallets and helps it store for a longer period of time.
There is no need for additional specialised storage infrastructure for the palletized storage, the Impensus solution can be suitable for just any type of cold room. The sturdy pallet covers is designed to be just as good in helping gas stay inside without leaks but also allowing temperature exchange to provide optimum storage parameters for the commodity.
The IoT app enables constant update on the status of each pallet and provides alerts and control options for individual pallets.
